When you come to CDE, you are in charge of your own future. Do you want to find transportation? Learn how to make healthy choices? Get a job? Tell us your hopes and dreams and we will help you make them real. Together, we will create an Independent Living Plan (ILP), with resources, steps and timing that are comfortable for you. Big or small, if your dreams are important to you, they are important to us.
